My name is Candy Krelnikov and I am a wife, a mother of three, a grandmother and a business owner of the Arrowhead Fitness training center in Lake Arrowhead. I think that every person is gifted or has a passion which drives them and helps direct their path thru life, although, as with some of us, it took me awhile to recognize my particular passion. For me, I found working on myself, as well as helping others, achieve their physical fitness and health, has not only made me physically healthy but has also given me with peace of mind. I have now been at it for over 15 years with a knowledge base which has expanded to include certifications in the following:
Group Training Instructor
This training has helped me to do what I love. By using my learned skills, I have helped many others set their own goals for their particular needs and achieve them. The greatest feeling for me is watching and seeing the results our members at Arrowhead Fitness, as they strive to reach their goals and the joy shared, upon their success. My gift, as I see it, is being able to help others in achieving their fitness and overall health goals.
Although, I have spent many years doing this for those who have come to me for assistance, as members, I feel that it is time I give back to my community by reaching outside of my business. The Soroptimist organization gives me this opportunity to reach out and I am committed in doing so.
My name is Tina Hitt and I am the Mother of two beautiful girls ages 20 and 12 and I am a Business Owner of Arrowhead Fitness. I've been married for 21 years to an absolutely wonderful man. I began my journey in January 2014 with Candy. At first it was just wanting to lose a few pounds, but the more I went the more I realized it was so much more than just weight loss. I realized its not what is on a scale, but really how I felt physically. Once I figured that out the inches dropped and the stronger I became. About 6 months into my journey Candy asked if I would like to teach a class and I jumped at the opportunity. I worked hard and got my certifications through the Cleveland Clinic Institute. I quickly realized that I truly enjoyed being around other women who were on a journey just like myself. Its now going on two years and I teach about 4 classes a week. I love to motivate and encourage other women with my story. I tell every woman who walks through the door that the hard part is over. The affect I have on people has definitely given me the drive I need. Being fit and strong not only gets me through day to day life, but when I can help change someone else's perception of how they look at themselves, I can't think of anything better.
Hi my name is Natalie Glick. I began my passion for fitness in 2009 when I was a junior in high school. I grew to loving fitness and it quickly changed from a hobby into a lifestyle for me. I went from working out in a standard gym setting, to taking exercise classes and eventually started teaching classes! Currently I am studying to be a nurse, which has kept me very fitness and health oriented. I love being able to accomplish my goals by working out and feeling amazing. I love to help others accomplish their goals and feel amazing!
