Welcome to Arrowhead Fitness

Arrowhead Fitness is located in beautiful Lake Arrowhead, CA. We offer hands on personal training with one on one assistants to help you acheive your personal goals without injury. We invite ALL Women, Men and Families to join us! If you have any questions about our membership and or services, please give us a call. Our Experienced fitness consultants work with clients of all ages, and can tailor a program based on each client's lifestyle, current fitness level, and medical or orthopedic conditions such as obesity and diabetes. Encouraging clients to exercise in the environment they feel most comfortable in reaching their goals.

We help our clients keep track of their progress and allow them to set quantifiable goals, that way we can look back on your individual training and see how far they’ve come. We want to show our clients that exercise can be fun and not just a boring chore or obligation.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Over the past 13 years, we've become strong, dedicated  and competitive athletes. We want our clients to see that it’s never too late to make a change in their lifestyle, and if they’re willing to commit to their workouts, the possibilities are absolutely limitless. We believe in our workout programs and that shows true through out own story and our clients.

 

What do you love most about your job?
We love that we get to motivate and inspire others everyday. Nothing is more gratifying to us than seeing someone else push their own limits and helping someone become a better version of him or herself. Our clients inspire us as much as I hope to inspire them.
